I keep my routers SSID set to not broadcast, but I have noticed that the DSM-310 doesn't seem to like that. I can connect initially by manually setting it up, but the next time I turn it on I have no network connectivity. As long as I broadcast my SSID I have no problems. I prefer not to, but I guess I have no choice in this issue. I find it strange, I also have a WDTV Live plus and it works fine either way.
