My OLED display shows:

The utility shows the following:

Volume Type: RAID 1

Total Hard Drive Capacity: 1966880 MB
Used Space: 1622207 MB
Unused Space: 344673 MB
This has been going on for days with no sign of reaching completion. I can see directory information on Vol1 but I am unable to access certain folders and files. What do I do next?
