 I would check the specs for this and if not listed there, I would call Dlink level 2 support and ask. I presume it has this feature since it and OSI layer 2 object.

Since I beleive the DIR-827 is an implementation of Ubicom's IP8K OpenWRT Router and LLTD is a proprietary Link Layer protocol for network topology by Microsoft, I doubt that it does. The specficiations on Ubicom's IP8K-MB-RGW does not have that listed. This is not to say that it could be added as another feature/service to be enabled in the future.
