Try this to see if you can recover the camera: Emergency Recovery Mode (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=44909.msg163599#msg163599)

if this fails, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Thank you for your reply,

I'm from France.

I Esaye this method of recovery that does not work. I have also Esaye with the SD card and the Update folder with upgrade.bin but that did not work either.

I contacted support and come back to, I'm sure it'll help others.

Hello, here is the continuation of the adventure,

So I contacted the telephone carrier D-Link France.

He gave it to me a fair procedure to reset, and have a wifi network of secour.
But here is the procedure did not work reset.

So I called the support that has climbed back to Level 2.

After two days it reminded me to make reset handling, but the camera does not want to know anything, it seems empty after the technician.

Dlink asked me my proof of purchase and me gonna replace the camera.

Very very satisfied with the D-Link support ;)
