Running DCS-936L for a few days and have not seen any color settings. Disabled B/W with no affect. Firmware was updated to 1.01.05
Hardware version is A
any help appreciated. ???

Do you have night vision mode enabled always? Make sure it's set for auto or disable night mode.
If these don't work, the camera maybe defected and needs to be returned or RMAd.

After firmware update, did you full reset the unit? After update the firmware i was having some issue too. After hard reset, everything is come back to normal.

Check with the 'My Dlink Lite' in Android if it's left to "Night Mode", i was changing it to Night instead of "Auto" and not come back to color. :o
See if you made the samething. ;D
