DSL-2770L and DHCP Reservation Limit
« on: December 07, 2014, 01:13:54 PM »

Hi all,

I'm running a D-link DSL-2770L ADSL modem/router.  Firmware version 1.08, region is Australia.

Everything works fine with it, but it seems to only support 10 reservations under DHCP.  I've now invested heavily in a D-link networked camera setup, and I've now hit that limit.

Does anyone know if there is a way around this limit - and if not, which routers might support a more generous limit?  If there's a device supporting 25 reservations that would be sufficient for my needs.

Thanks!

Tom

You could bridge the modem and use a 868L as your main host router.
