Title: stopped getting emails and pir triggers every few seconds

i all of a sudden stopped getting emails.. and when i look at the log pir is triggering every few seconds
the system really is not friendly and really slow..
i have even selected all on the motion detector and have increased the sensitivity to 75..
worked ok for months!
any help would be appreciated

Yes i had to reflash the latest firmware (even though i had the latest already installed) of both my camera and the DNR.. been working like a charm ever since.. emails with 45 second video clips are important to me because there web interface is soooo chuncky and takes FOREEEEEEVER! to view anything from the DNR... i receive fedex and ups packages alot so you can imagine how frustrating that can be!
