I ran into a similar issue a few days ago where amazon.com suddenly would not load but it could load on my phone over LTE so I knew the site wasn't down.  Flushing the cache didn't work because the cache is still stored in the router's dns if "Enable DNS Relay" is checked in the router configuration.  You can try turning dns relay off and see if websites load better for you:

Setup -> Network Settings -> Uncheck "Enable DNS Relay"
Setup -> Network Settings -> "Local domain name" -> enter something like dgl5500.local

I think that did it!

My iPad is on the 5Ghz band and is getting web pages.   Now to try the rest of the devices.

Anybody want to explain how having that setting on works on the 2.4Ghz band and works on the 5Ghz band when I have anything other than AES on for the iPads?    Or even why it works with it on and 5Ghz with AES for a majority of my devices.

not yet wifi test.. :(
but I am using router for NAS(n40l)
I think that port forward setting is ambiguous (virtual server and port forward)
anyway
No complaints.

The port forward and virtual server could be an issue however being that your router is not with in a supported region, could effect how this router behaves.

WiFi with iPad Mini could be effected as well. It may not be addressed by D-Link either.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and inquired about help with the iPad and this router.

I have a Mac Book Pro and a Airport Extreme and it works on both routers. Apple is different and would be more compatible with the iPAD.
