DVG-7044S in need of spare parts

My DVG-7044S got hit by lightning a few weeks back (my unit just past warranty by 3 months)...

3 (of the 4) FXO are all dead...
the other
4 FXS are still working fine...

i disassemble the unit and found there are 2 FXO module (each support 2 FXO port)...
i was wondering anybody here have any spare FXO module from this unit...
