DPH-541 registers to my account but "can not" make a call

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a DPH-541 phone and I tried to connect it to voipcheap.com account

I get registered to my account; however, when I call a number it gets sort of busy tone and hangs up

can you help me on this issue to solve it?

My phone rang today so I realized I get inbound calls..the only issue is that I CAN NOT make a call.

I have the exact same problem.  I think it's in the dial string but I don't see anywhere to edit it.
