Title: Justconnect+ and DCS-2330L - compatibility issue?

Been using the Justconnect+ app for years with other camera models.
I recently purchased 2 new DCS-2330L and I am unable to get to app to connect to the camera.
The app error message is "unable to detect device type"
I have tried reinstalling the app, upgrading firmware, down grading firmware, wired, wireless, ipad, iphone.
And nothing is able to get the camera to connect with app.
All my other cameras (different models) work flawlessly with the app... except this one
Also Mydlink lite, mydlink, web browser all work fine on the 2330L's
DCS-2330L is clearly listed on the Supported D-Link products: 
please help otherwise I would be forced to return the cameras which I do not want to do, thank you.

Ok I was able to manipulate the app and get the video to stream on my 2330Ls.
Used an old 930L to capture a static IP address on the app.
Then changed the IP of the 2330L to match the previously used IP of the 930L
Repeated the process to added the other camera as well.
Of coarse the passwords had to match and the app reports the camera as 930L...
But hey at least it is working until the firmware or app is updated to resolve this issue.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
