DAP-1320 no more connect on router
« on: July 30, 2018, 01:28:10 AM »

Hello,

Just got issue with DAP-1320, a few days ago. It doesn’t connect on my ISP router, anymore. Today, take a time, to troubleshotting it, but without success :(
Had reset DAP-1320, to default factory settings, connect it with WPS mode, where the router assign it, and provides a IP address, but DAP-1320, still no state connection on the ISP router.

Also, attempt to set DAP-1320 manualy, selecting the SSID router, and provide is SSID password, but after reboot of DAP-1320, still no connection on router.
Can share, the ISP router is hardware based on Hitron CVE30360.

Could you help me, on this ? Is a way to have DAP-1320, working again ?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at the sticker under the DAP.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DAPs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What happens if you set WPA2 to disable temporarily on the main host router then connect the DAP to the router. Anything? Then try WPA2 and AES only.
Try connecting the DAP to a different router?
Factory reset both main host router and DAP then setup from scratch...
