D-Link DHP-W310

Hello everyone,

I have been using the D-Link DHP-W310 AV normally during 6 months.
I changed my modem and after that the DHP can't connect, is not able to find the other device.
I've been triyng to reset both devices, following the instructions in that forum, but nothing seems is working out.

Any tips?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
