DSL-2740B IPv6 problem
« on: February 16, 2012, 05:42:50 AM »

Hi all. I use the specific modem router (revision F1), with the 2.00 EU firmware ( ftp://ftp.dlink.es/DSL/DSL-2740B/HW%20F1/Firmware/ ). When I enable the IPv6 choice in the adsl setup screen, the internet connection drops and the router freezes. I have to manually turn off and then back on the router in order to connect again to the internet. Any ideas?

Another thing I noticed just right now is the fact that portscan detection does not show the correct results with the full info of the attacker, me, source and destinatin ports etc...

I would contact your local DLink support office and have them help you with this problem.
