Author Topic: Options for External RTSP & HTTP settings on some camera models not available  (Read 3632 times)

Hello,

I have the following cameras:
2x DCS-2630L
2x DCS-2332L
2x DCS-5222LB1

The DCS-2630L software under Setup \ Network settings \ UPnP & UPnP port forward to define the external ports for HTTP\HTTPS\RTSP.

The other cameras only have the UPnP port forward option to 1 port which I'm assuming is the HTTP. The problem with this is it impossible to manage internal and external ports which I need to use.

So the question is: will these same options that exist on the 2630L be updated in the next firmware updates of the other models?

Thanks

Not sure about your model but i looked online and it doesn't seem so. You should still be able to connect through http though.

I don't see anything in the manual. It is a lower end model camera.

Some model cameras don't support the advanced uPnP configuration. Mostly automatic.
If you need to do any port configurations, you might disable uPnP and set up port forward configurations ON the main host router and disable uPnP there as well.
