I'm flattered that you bought the 4500 based on my review! :) But I myself don't remember what I wrote lol. But even though that I said the 56 was faster, the 4500 is still a great and beautiful router and I wouldn't trade it for nothing. (Unless it dies than buy a new router)

I see my email address when I look at my profile also, but I have it set to be hidden also.  I'm sure it shows your email address to make sure it's correct.

New ISP changes Woot! and aww :( Well Yesterday My ISP upgraded my area and now they provide 5 downstream channels! that's a big bump from 3, now I am so mad that my SBV6220 only supports 4 channels! Arg (runs fast to get a new modem!!) What has your ISP been doing lately?

Taking my money and not adding any more bandwidth, ROFL..   ;D  No complaints really. Stable as a rock, and a quick connection for the price.

Arris is not that bad I assume, it does have a more advance filter and software compared to Motorola (I just read the box and assumed lol :P) As for the Motorola modem I had the motorola sbv6220 which is exactly the sbv120 but instead it has telephone input.

Ah I see, you have phone svc thru the modem as well?

Then you probably need that then.

I prefer not to use Arris as they have been problematic in setting up with external routers.
I use the SB 6180 now.  ;D
