iOS users - update the mydlink Lite app to 3.8.1. T-Mobile issue has been fixed.
Release Notes:
1. Supports Bluetooth setup for DCS-8000LH and DCS-8100LH
2. Fix timezone issues for DCS-5222L B, DCS-7010L, DCS-2132L(revB)
3. Supports IPV6-only networking for camera live-view and controls (i.e. T-Mobile)

Hello!
I got an issue on iPad Pro and iPhone 7+ with iOS 11 & iOS 11.0.1. The MyDlink lite app wont connect to the cloud, returns allways Connection Timed out when in Remote Mode. If I go to the Local option I can see all my cameras wihout issue.
- I have deleted the app, downloaded it again
- Shutdown the phone
- Resetted Settings
- Tried another account
Tried with 2 x iphone 6 (iOS 11.0.1) and 1 x iphone 7 (with iOS 10.3.2) and works without issues.
Dont know what else to do.... help here please...

I will forward this to see if others are having issues with iOS 11.
Can you log in to the mydlink app and see your devices or doesn't it let you get that far?
Is it only when your iOS devices are connected to 3g/4g? If you connect via Wi-Fi from a remote location does it work?

Since I upgraded iphone7 to IOS11 mydlink lite stopped working. It says connection timed out when trying to connect to the cloud. Not even validates password.
I tested an iPhone 6 and IPad Pro 9.7 and works fine. The problem is only with iPhone 7.
I deleted the app, I have reset network settings. Don’t work with WiFi or cell data.

What carrier are you using for your phone service? T-Mobile?
iOS v11.0.2 is working for me with the MDL Lite app on my iPhone 6sP (ATT) with my 3 cameras.

I use Claro as my carrier.
But the problem appears not only using cell data but wifi also.
And it happens in the iphone7 with 11.0.2 ( in 11.0.1 I had the problem also).
I tested an iPad Pro and an iPhone 6 and no problem.
Just with the iphone7

I have an IOS 11 device to try.

Is it connected to T-Mobile?
If so give it a try and test it out.

Only wifi.

Shouldn't be a problem then. Happens when using Cell services.
