DSM-310 won't connect with a DCS-933L

I purchases a DSM-310 several weeks ago. I have two camera's, a DCS-932L and a DCS-933L located 100 miles apart. From the 933 location I can view both camera's with the DSM, but from the 932 location, I can only view the 932 and get a box with an X for the 933. Both cameras can be viewed from either location as well as anywhere else I have tried with an iPod Touch using My D-LinkLite , or a laptop pc. Would it be a blocked port issue on the 933's network? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Do you have UPnP and DHCP enabled on the router containing the DCS-933L?
