Title: DHCP Relay Issue
Post by: snagrat on June 21, 2016, 07:43:39 AM
I have a DGS-3620 and DHCP relay is not working correctly.

I can get it to work when I only add one interface to use DHCP relay but as soon as I add another it will take over and the original does not work.

Review the user manual for any information on DHCP Relay and interface configuration.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Hi guys,

We had the same issuer and after a quick call with Enterprise technical support they've been able to resolve the issue using an unpublished firmware (version is 2.60 B042)

Cheers!

Thanks for posting this info. What Rev model is your DGS? A1 or B1?

Sorry for the late reply here. It's hardware revision B1.
