Newbie question - port redirection

when I use Gibson Research (GRC.com) shields up to check the status of the common ports I get a failed on port 0 (zero)
looking at the knowledge base it doesn't have anything for the WBR 1310
does anyone know how to do set this beastie up so that it will not respond to port 0?
