Title: Camera cannot be seen by My Dlink Apps

For the past couple of weeks my DCS-942L has appeared offline in my dlink. I cannot access it online. However it is working fine on the local network. I tried reseting the camera, and running the setup wizard again, but no improvement. Any ideas please?
