How to do that ?

You can download the FW file and manually send the FW file.

Is there a problem with v3.13?

I see that v3.03 isn't available for download.

Please explain the reason for downgrading...

the main issue after upgrading is wireless instability in addition of  poor coverage when you are far from router, did not face it before.

Is there anything to do after downloading FW, because it showed me "upgrade fail"
when I select it manually
