To get QoS set up right, the Multi PC OR Device needs to be enabled as as well.

IT's a network standard that .255 can't be used as it's dedicated to a broadcast configuration that can't be changed. The max number you can use is .254.

Are you streaming and doing downloads on this one PC or streaming from different devices and downloading on this one PC?
