Google Drive is glitching

Google Drive is glitching including the web browser on (DSN320L) . the account is missing.
example i entry my account on google drive after i sign in. in DSN320L then click another form then go back again repeat 4 time the account will be gone.
when you adding again it will not be added it will error key blah blah blah.
need to be restore factory default. is there other way not to reset factory default?
 every time i enter the google drive module need to be rest factory default.

Tested all browser no luck at all need to be reset factory default.
