Link>Welcome!
What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.
What region are you located?
Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
Has a Factory Reset been performed?

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

Does you new ISP email require TLA/TLS security on there email system? if so, then this is the cause of the router not being able to send out emails as these routers don't support this security I believe. I ran into this issue on other model routers after my ISP service switched to Googles back end email system and they require this TLA/TLS security system. Thats when email notifications stopped working for me.

You may need to set up a virtual server option for your teamspeak application.

Does your new ISP email require TLA/TLS security on there email system? What kind of security do they require? This maybe a compatibility issue of the email system your ISP is using and these routers.

Like i said before, My ISP was working using the old port 25 email, however since they changed to Google, and they require TLA/TLS security authentication, I don't think DLink router support this option.

FurryNutz:
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router.
Turn off ALL QoS or Disable Traffic Shaping (DIR only) GameFuel (DGL only and if ON.) options. Advanced/QoS or Gamefuel.
Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option under Setup/Internet/Manual or under Setup/PARENTAL CONTROL/Set to>None: Static IP or Obtain Automatically From ISP.
Enable Use Unicasting (compatibility for some ISP DHCP Servers) under Setup/Internet/Manual.
Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices ON the router. Setup/Networking. This ensures each devices gets its own IP address when turned on and connected, eliminates IP address conflicts and helps in troubleshooting.
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
If IPv6 is an option on the router, select Local Connection Only or Disable IPv6 options under Setup/IPv6.
Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP under Advanced/Firewall.
Enable uPnP and Multi-cast Streaming under Advanced/Networking. Disable uPnP for testing Port Forwarding rules. Disable IPv6 Multi-cast Streaming if IPv6 is not being used.
Turn off WISH, and WPS under Advanced.

Set current Time Zone, Date and Time. Use an NTP server feature. Tools/Time.

You might try using ISP DNS intially while you attempt to get Teamspeak going. Then if you can get it going, then switch to DDNS.

You can try this as well"
Finding Faster DNS Addresses using Name Bench

If the logs are getting sent manually, then i would check the scheduling to make sure the settings are correct and proper. Do a test schedule and set up something to see if anything gets sent at that time. If not, there could be an issue with FW.  :-\
