Event trigger notifications/emails fault
« on: September 12, 2016, 12:25:38 PM »

First, hello everybody. I kinda like Dlink products, I have a DIR636L Router, which I enjoy and recently I got 2 home webcams to watch what happens when I am not home. Now first was the DCS-935L, which drove me mad (it was always offline, then I got it replaced, the new one was acting in same manner). So I got it replaced for a DCS-942L (which is online so far for a few hours). Anyway straight to the point. I would like to get the motion detection triggered emails/notifications in just the workdays from 8 till 18 let's say. I have enabled motion video notification and pir notification, then I go to advanced settings and have set only in which day to receive them. But I still keep getting them all the time. Quite annoying in the evenings when my family is moving around. So is there any certain workaround for this issue? Is there any chance that the advanced settings for the workdays only notifications to override the other settings? When I disable the motion and pir detection I have the feeling that there is no motion detection at all... Anybody with ideas? I don't thin D-Link is so "dumb" not to have this figured out...
Regards.

and one other thing. The 935L webcam used to be supported by MyDlink Home App on my iphone, now the 942L is not i had to install Mydlink Lite App. Mydlink Lite app seems to only sends push notifications only when app is opened on screen on the iphone or my MotoX style, which is quite dumb..., How come some models are not supported on the Mydlink Home App (which is obviously more user friendly built)?

Yes, it is definately all time notifications or not at all. Day/time scheduled triggers do not work for sure. Nobody with solution?
