Yeah, I can test the router handling the PPPOE connection to see if the problem occurs.
But there is a reason to let my modem handling the PPPOE connection and router with Static IP.
By this way Im able to access the modem web server! If I let the DIR-895L with PPPOE connection I can't access the modem (unless I change the cables...
I set the DMZ IP in modem settings to my DIR-895L router. So my Port Forwarding Configs remains in DIR-895L!
I dont believe that is a double NAT condition. This problem only happens during the connection down.
I still believe that is a basic BUG in DIR-895L (easily reproduced by the way)!!
