D-LINK DCS-8100LH HD keeps buffering on Samsung Galaxy S9 in MyDlink

Hello!

Recently I bought D-LINK DCS-8100LH HD and registered it in MyDlink app. It works fine on my Samsung Glaxy S20. I'm able to watch live stream just fine. However when I login using the same user on another phone  - Galaxy S9 camera video buffers and I cannot see video. I tried using wifi and cellular. I also tried to watch ONLY on S9 because I thought that watching simultaneously is not possible, noting helps.

Any suggestions?
