How to access Nas_Prog
« on: May 29, 2016, 01:19:29 PM »

Hello,

I have a DNS320L with latest firmware. I want ton install wordpress in French but I can't access Nas_Prog directory to modify the wordpress files.
I've tried to use Quixplore but upload button is greyed out.
ELfinder doesn't load (I end up on a blank page whe I launch the addon)
Anyone knows how to access this directory ?

Thank you very much

add-on OpenSSH + WinSCP. Although I did not understand what the problem with Quixplore. Quixplore I personally use, download / upload works without problems.

Hi
Thank you for your answer.
Regarding Quixplore, the problem is that the upload button is not working, it doesn't act like a button, more like an image. The cursor doesn't change on mouse over, and if I click on it, it does absolutely nothing.

I am absolutely sure that the problem is not in the add-on. Can a browser can configure your particular the NAS can be ... The options are many.
For paid add-ons such as I propose to connect via Teamviewer program and correct the problem. For free add-on - offer Teamviewer only if the anticipated problems in the add-on. With QuiXplorer sure there is no problem.

Hello and thank you for your time.

Here is an image of the page opening when I click on the little upload icon that you pointed out in your picture :

On this page, the grey upload rectangle isn't a button, nothing happens if you click on it. The only button is the "go back" button.

Thanks again for your help

If I inspect the "Upload" element, I can see that no actions are linked to the button :

Read the "Owner's Manual" of the program. It does not matter to me.
