After that whole issue with the java certificate, I upgraded all the firmware on all my devices. Everything works except the audio is not being recorded nor streamed for the camera when using the DN202...any ideas? All audio functions are on and the MyDlink Lite App works fine on my iOS devices and the audio is heard, just not through the NView app or the browser app. Playback of the video using the HDD View software also reveals that the audio is also not being captured.

Any status on this? ???

Same issue here except I can get audio playback on one channel of three....nothing recorded on the other two though I can hear sound through them.

- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
So was the DNR working before the upgrade?

No idea, this is a new install. It was installed, firmware updated etc. etc.

For anyone else with the same problem...I got it to work by going to the Java control panel in Windows 10 and allowing the IP address of the DNR as an exception (as another helpful poster suggested-which got the playback app to stop freezing in Firefox), and using Firefox. Still disappointed as I use Chrome and only use IE for work (and the DNR). Any suggestions for getting it to work in IE would be appreciated, thanks.

So is the issue with IE not allowing the java applet to play? Doesn't Windows 10 have Edge instead of IE? Does it run Java in general correctly? See Java test site here. (https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp)
PS. Java won't work with Chrome. Google specifically remove support for plugins of those types for security reasons. Maybe one day Dlink will use something else?

Thanks for the Java test link, I do have the most current version installed. The app doesn't work in Edge. Yes Java generally runs correctly as far as I know, thanks.

I don't think MS Edge is supported at this time. Use IE 11 or other Java supported browsers.

Let me throw one thing out. When I first update the firmware I thought I had I had a sound problem. I found that the default is no sound when I change camera. I have to double click on the sound button to get the sound to work. You see the volume bar get high lighted.
