Hello, I've just bought this camera and everything works fine. I can view the streaming in the D-Link app when I'm under the same network of the camera, but if I go out and use my mobile network the app always says "Impossible to connect to the device". Is there any port to open on router or other setup I missed?
Please note that I got another d-link camera (DCS-825L) which I can view remotely without problems, both in mydlink lite and mydlink baby camera monitor.
Thank you very much

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=62395.0)

Firmware Version 1.13.05 (2015-11-18)
Hardware Version A
Agent Version 2.0.20-b10
I'm in Europe (Italy) and I have a Netgear R7000. I've also checked uPnP and they're both enabled. Actually I can view the cameras on mydlink.com service portal, even if I'm not at home; my problem is about the mydlink lite app, I cannot view this camera on the app.
Thank you

Sounds like something between the app, phone service and the camera if you can see the camera using the mydlink service portal.
What phone and OS is currently loaded?
Might try removing the app from the phone then re-install it.
