Title: DAP-1360 Rev C FW v3.04 Problem

I contacted them about this same issue, they said they would look into it.  This was 6months ago. 
They never fixed anything.

My DAP-1360 has the exact problem they said they were fixing.
yet one more reason to not buy d-link.

And I presume you unpacked the .zip file and used the .bin file to send to the DAP?

If so, you might phone contact D-Link support and inquired as to this issue.

So your information is not of any help to us. We'd need more details from you to see if maybe we can help you with your issue.

Others have not seen this issue and the FW update has resolved issues.
