raid1 to standard
« on: December 05, 2017, 03:06:15 AM »

Hello

I have 2 disc in raid1. I want to change it to standard so i have double space.
Is it possible to change to standard without reformatting discs? I want to keep data, without backup it on another external disk and turning back.
When i pull 1 disc out  and put it back it seems that only option is to rebuild degraded raid or format completely.

You'll need to copy the data off to a safe place then reformat the disks.
