Title: 2230 and bright light rings?
Post by: RYAT3 on April 23, 2013, 07:49:45 PM
Had a helicopter light up my 2230 tonight....

many rings appeared... 4 of them!!!

What's up with that?

I was in IR mode - with brightness at 8...

*I assume it was an actual light and not some Infrared light they were using...???
**My 2230 is behind a piece of glass indoors, but no other ambient (i think that's the term) lights show more than once..although none are directly shining into the camera...

DCS-2230 is the lord of the rings...  ;D
I own one that is recording 24/7 and I've never experienced any of this.
