Forcing network link speed

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a 942L on a network segment where I have to force clients to 10 Mb, because of cabling issues. That's ok for computers, but the cloud camera doesn't seem to have any manual settings for link speed.

The LED on the back is green, but the camera is unreachable, probably because it's trying to communicate at 100 Mb, which is unlikely to work. Do you have any technical info on how the ethernet interface of the 942L negotiates link speed and if it is possible to set it manually?
