Title: Super G mode on wbr-2310
Post by: bdigital on October 20, 2009, 12:26:40 PM
I'm using the mac platform to connect to this d-lik  wireless router. Could someone enlighten me pertaining to which Super G mode I should use if any. I have one Power book which has a airport card (B/G) and one Mac book Pro (a/b/g/n).

Also I have enabled 802.11 g only mode, is that correct?

thanks ;D

Super G mode is a proprietary extension to the 11g WiFi standard.

While the router may offer it, your computers wireless interface may not support it. Not sure about your specific equipment, so you might want to check with Apple!!!!

Considering the huge variety of LAN equipment "out there" and the specific conditions where your router is in use, you might find that there is no one right or wrong answer - if it works, great, if it doesn't, then don't bother with it.
