* What Hardware version is your DPR? Look at sticker under DPR.
* Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
* What region are you located?
* Are you wired or wireless connected to the DPR? Is DPR connected to a main host router?
Is there a main host router? Mfr and Model of host router?

Hi thanks for replying.

Hardware version : A2
Firmware Version : 1.03
Region : Asia (bought it in Malaysia using in Brunei)
Connection : Wired to a switch connected to my ShareCenter and Desktop. And switch is connected to my Wireless router. So the computer which is not able to discover the printserver is the desktop which is connected via switch with the share center.

My Main Host router is a wireless router.
TrendNet Wireless N Gigabit Router TEW-639GR

The above router is connected to a switch
Trendnet Gigabit Switch TEG-S81g (unmanaged)

The above Switch is connected to
Desktop
ShareCenter
Print Server DPR-1020

I hope this information can help

FurryNutz:
Do other devices see and can connect to the DPR?

Disable any 3rd party security SW on the desktop temporarily.
Can you manually enter the IP address of the DPR in printers and devices to add the printer when your installing the printer in Windows?
