Hello,
I have been reading some post about a beta firmware version that solves the motion detection problem. I was wondering if it is known when the new version will be released or where to access the beta, if that's even a possibility.
Thanks!
-
New FW is on the horizon and the beta was removed. The beta fixed the false motion detects however seem that users would no longer get any detections. At least for me.
-
I guess that there are no news yet on the new FW right?
-
Hoping very soon. ::)
-
I will contact the camera people for an update on the status of this firmware. I know it got pushed to the end of the month.
-
Thanks! let us know when you get some info! :) that will be greatly appreciated. Technically, the end of the month is tomorrow! ;)
-
Unfortunately it is getting push back. They did not give an estimated time yet or a reason why but hopefully soon.

Hello again. Wondering if there are any news now that we are nearing the end of september :)
-
I've only been told it's been pushed back and there is no estimated time.
-
Seems to be a struggle with this camera. :-\
-
Hello, I thought I would check again if there are any updates on this. is there any way to tel D-link about how important it is to solve the motion detection issue?
-
You can email D-Link or phone contact them if you wish.
D-Link is aware of this issue and is working on it. We had a beta however it didn't seem to resolve it so it was pulled.
I keep on it as well.

Any updates on new firmware for motion detection?
-
It seems that nothing so far. Perhaps they have given up on this camera?
-
Not given up. They are working with the vendor to get this taken care of. I know techs are testing BETA firmware so hopefully something will be released soon. I sent another email this morning asking.
