ipv4 filtering problem

Any ip I put in  white list, I remain without internet. Any solution?

What are you trying to achieve exactly ? Normally any connection initiated from inside your own LAN / subnet will automatically open up the needed firewall exception to an outside IP so you normally don't need to create such an entry as the one you presented in the screenshot .
Also if you chose Turn IPv4 On an Allow rules listed it's logical , or at least that's how I interpret this , as any other connection then the ones you create would be dropped by the firewall so it would look as if the Internet were down
