I have got a dir 882, can I use D-Link Covr Home WiFi System 3-Pak to extende my lan and wlan

No, The COVR systems are there own system and a MESH wireless system and can't extend wifi from other routers.

If you want to extend what the 882 is currently doing you can get into a DAP series extender:
