Title: Unable To Upgrade DAP-1360 Firmware from 6.10 to 6.12

Hi I Have A DAP-1360 H/W:F1 and F/W:6.10
I want to upgrade to 6.12 but i cant , it says unable to complete upgrading , and even when i tried to upgrade to 6.11 it says the same thing!!!
Please Help Me , Thanks In Advance

Are you unpacking the .zip file before applying the file update?
What browser are you using? Try IE11, FF or Opera?

Yes I Did Unpack The Zip file on both of them 6.12 came with a .bin and did not work and 6.11 came with a .img and a .bin which also did not work
And i used Google Chrome to flash And IE11 , Ill Try with firefox and see how it goes.
If You have any other suggestions tell me please  :)

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
