Please detail the Mac Filter settings and how the modem is set up.
What devices are you using?

What is the problem with Mac Filtering. How is it NOT working?

Ensure the correct Device MAC address is being used on the modem.
Ensure if there is a scheduling feature on this modem, set up a scheduling rule as well
Review the modems User Manual for MAC address blocking setup.

That's all right, you can try it yourself, then answered his own. Because I've told people DLink try jakarta Indonesia, the same problem with mine. I really wonder, why did not believe there was a problem in the mac filter on dlink 2750E?

I don't have model modem so I can't test this out.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I recommend to phone contact D-link support. Ask for level 2 or higher support. If they recommend RMAg the unit, then take them up on this then follow up with your results. If it still fails, then contact level 2 support and report the continued failure.

Let us know how it goes.

Good Luck.
