D-Cam software not recording

I have a laptop that has a recording schedule set with v3.6.3.. I leave it running and then I lock my account and leave.  It'll record and then it looks like it stops recording as if I exited the software.  I have Main Console and Schedule Recording System checked in the Startup section.  Is there a fix or is there something I'm doing wrong?  Do I need to be logged in for the software to record?

Is the device your using this on go in to any sleep modes after you step away from the device? One thing to check for, if the device does to sleep then any recording will probably stop.
