2750u QOS setup for torrents [Quality of Service]
« on: April 05, 2013, 09:42:58 AM »

I will love to setup QOS on my dlink 2750u, I just bought this modem few days back and cannot easily throw it away or change to something else.

I basically want to set up QOS so that torrents can run in the computer in the lowest priority.

Did anybody have any success with setting up QOS on this, here are some screenshots from portforward.com
http://screenshots.portforward.com/routers/Dlink/DSL-2750U/ , the manual is useless for QOS setup, it just says that you can setup QOS, nothing else.

Another screenshot if it helps at all

You'll need to phone contact DLink support about this, you'll need to ask for level 2 or higher support.

Let us now how it goes.

Hi sajalb and FurryNutz

Any update on this, why is it so difficult to setup QoS on this router. What did D-Link think when writing the manual.

Also following a post with topic (Proper setting for QoS in DSL-2750U) - which resulted in a dead end.

Please, can anyone help us with this.
It is not suppose to be so difficult when we have bought such an expensive router.
