7. Support External captive portal in CWM mode
8. Country selection for specific country code
Fixes-
1. Fix DBG16070013->IPv6 without need authentication could connect to internet
2. Fix DBG16060127 -> DUT (export CWM config file via Web UI or AP installation utility upload to DUT) can enable CWM and AP Array at same time.
