When trying to get my phone to be able to see an image, the app logs in fine, then the connection wait begins. It finishes with: Could not connect. Could not connect to the device. Please try again later. (Error 0.70_2_6_70_) and my only option is "OK". This was working fine. No IOS updates, nothing of the sort. This has happened on two different phones. Ideas?

Is this at a remote or local LAN loction?
What iOS is currently loaded?
I can access my camera from work on my iPhone 6P iOS 8.4 currently.

Local LAN, just connecting to my wireless router on which the DLink is as well.
iOS 9.0.2 (13A452)
iPhone 6
I've tried to correlate firmware upgrades both on the iOS side and the DLink side and haven't found one that's firm enough to be the culprit. It will just wait and wait to connect, then that strange error crops up. ... and that's all things being equal and unchanged. Strange, strange, strange.
