Blue Light Stops Flashing

Hi all

Maybe someone can help me?  Almost evertime I am ready to use my PC the light on the nano is not flashing for me to get on the internet. 

The solution that I have so far is to uninstall and then reinstall the product.  This is really annoying.  Can anyone else suggest what is wrong and a fix?

I have a Dell Inspiron PC operating system Win 7 home premium
