Well I see the 320 for your region is Phased Out.

You could ask some one at support to make sure if you decide to upgrade.

If your not experiencing any issues with the DNS, then I would probably leave it. You'll be fine.

I was more than a little dubious about "leave it, you'll be fine" as an approach to a security patch.

As another poster had already installed it on a European DNS320 I went ahead and upgraded. It seems to be fine so far.

Highly recommend this firmware upgrade... I have no idea what it does, but performance is now close to snappy... from being a slug with 2.05b8 and everything before...

I just completed a move, writing backup files from a local backup drive to the NAS on Win10:

52.3GB in 23 minutes = 37.9 MB/s Writing to the NAS

General explorer browsing files is far quicker to.

Very happy  8)

I don't see any specific selection for A1 or A2 on your regional D-Link site so I presume it' all inclusive for Rev A:
http://www.dlink.com/uk/en/support/product/dns-320-2-bay-sharecenter-network-storage-enclosure?revision=deu_reva#downloads

I have an A3 US model so am I to assume "A" means ALL "A"?  I just upgrade from 1.06 to 1.08 and then found this discussion about v2.

I would phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask them what is officially supported to be sure before doing any updates. Each region handles things differently with in D-Link.

The 320 is not a Cloud supporting NAS. The 320L is. Any model product from D-Link with the (L) designation in the model name means it's cloud supporting.

Can anyone tell me if the new firmware support dlink access nas app?

I can't find patched firmware for revision B2 hardware. Seems that Dlink dismissed newer version first.

xLink>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

We don't have a Rev B here in the NA region.

Ya I only see v1.xx for Rev B here:
http://www.dlink.com/it/it/support/product/dns-320-2-bay-sharecenter-network-storage-enclosure?revision=deu_revb#downloads

I'd phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask about this.

Did you clear all browser caches before and after upgrading FW?

What browser are you using?
Try a different browser like IE11 or FF.
