I had to reinstall the memeo software, and my client lost the disc/serial #. Is there any way I can retreive the serial number to be able to register the software again? They have a dns-323

This is one of those pesky things that needs a phone call to resolve. Information needs to be collected and what not before a serial can be replaced.
