Hi all,
I have an installation with 1 1224T and 1 HP 10/100 switch. (no VPN's) I buyed another 1224T and i've tryied to conect it (in cascade). but something is wrong. the machines in the new switch goes very slow.
the first 1224t and the HP are conected by a simple wire, and works perfectly, but once conectedthe 2 1224T in cascade w a simple wire, does not work correctly.
Now i want to solve this trouble conecting with truncking option thru 4 ports. I must activate trunking in the 2 1224T or only in 1? is correct with 4 ports or using 2 ports is sufficient? I must conect it with the other 1224t and with the HP too or only in cascade?
